Panchakarma literally means ‘five actions’ and is a treatment in Ayurveda and is a rejuvenation process for the body. This is a five pronged method of treatment designed for the expulsion of disease causing toxins from human body. It is done in three stages – pre- treatment, primary treatment and post treatment.
