About 'Kettukazhcha at Sharangkavu Temple, Alappuzha'

In the video, the Kettukazhcha ritual held at the Sharangkavu Devi temple at Venmani in Alappzha, Kerala is seen. This ritual involves the ceremonial procession of beautifully decorated, resplendent towers onboard country boats, going up to the temple where the deity resides.

Each geographical division, lying close to the temple will have their own Kettukazhcha prepared by the local people, for whom the presiding deity (Goddess) is the guiding force, who bestows prosperity, harmony, wealth and all the good things in life.
