British era tree dying

Long years after its planter and master left the shores of India a tree is dying. The British planted many trees during their time in India. One of them, a tree in Ooty, planted by John Sullivan a British official and founder of the hill station Ooty, is now wilting away with age. Experts are trying to conserve the 185 years old tree.
