The Church of St Augustine in Goa

Built in 1602 by twelve Augustan Friars the Church of St Augustine is one of the oldest churches in Goa. Though the church and the nearby convent are now ruined a 46-metre high bell tower still stands as a remnant of the old grandeur. The building before it collapsed was considered to be the largest church in Goa.
