Yakshagana Part 2

Yakshagana is a 400 years old dance form which has its roots in Karnataka state in India. It has a strong classical background and the performance is based on Hindu epics like Mahabharatha and Ramayana.

Kamsavadham, a dance form in Yakshagana describes the killing of Kamsa, the uncle of Lord Krishna. This video shows Kamsa talking with his brothers Dhenukasura and Shakatasura and sending them to kill Krishna.
