Featured in this video is a monastery in Tawang, a district in the north-eastern state of Arunachal Pradesh in India. Tawang is an important center for Buddhists and the region is marked by several monasteries.

The monastery shown in this video was inaugurated by Rev.Tengay Rinpoche on 21st August 2002. This monastery is situated on a hilltop, which offers a splendid view of the surrounding areas.
