Featured in this video is a face care method using the herbal oil, Naalpaamaradi. Naalpaamaradi coconut oil (oil made with a combination of herbs) is available at all Ayurvedic medical shops. Apply a little bit of oil on the face and massage properly. After five minutes, rinse off using green gram powder. Make sure all traces of the oil have been washed off.
