Digambar Jain Temple in Kundalpur is situated 4 km from Nalanda railway station, Bihar state of India. This is a popular place within the state. It is believed that Lord Mahavira,  was born at this place where he spent the first 22 years of life.

This place is considered as the most sacred place in Bihar by the devotees. It is a well maintained and a beautiful temple. You can see the Padmasana idol of Lord Mahavir which is installed in this temple.

Just next to this temple there is a mahal (palace) like structure which is very beautiful and artistic in its own way. Tourists frequent this place because of its beauty and historical importance.
