The Khuda Bakhsh Oriental Library, located on the banks of River Ganges at Patna, is a unique library with a rare collection of 21,000 Oriental Manuscripts. Founded in 1891 by Maulvi Khuda Bakhsh Khan is presently run by the Ministry of Culture, Government of India.
