Anuradha-1960

Directed by Hrishikesh Mukherjee, the Hindi film Anuradha released in 1960 was the debut film of Miss India Leela Naidu. Besides Leela Naidu, the film stars Balraj Sahni, Asit Sen and Mukri.

The National Award winning film, Anuradha was based on a short story written by Sachin Bhowmick. One of the notable features of Anuradha is that, the music of the film was composed by Pandit Ravi Shankar, a sitar maestro of India.
