Inside the Red Fort, on the north of the Diwan-i-Khas lies the bath house or Hammam, consisting of three apartments separated by corridors. The whole complex is built of marble and inlaid with floral patterns of multicoloured stones.
In the eastern apartment there are three fountain basins, one of which once spouted rose water. The baths are provided with hot and cold water. There is a basin in the middle of the central room.
Red Fort or Lal Qila is popularly known as one of the most exquisite forts of the world.
