Miramar beach, a sand surfed golden beach, is located near the capital of Goa state - Panaji. The beach lies adjoining the estuary of the river Mandovi. It is also known as Gaspar Dias and is ideal for evening walks. The word ‘Miramar’ in Portuguese means ‘viewing the sea’.
