Prag Mahal, Bhuj

Located next to Aina Mahal in Bhuj, State of Gujarat in India is the Prag Mahal, a 19th century palace, which represents architectural marvels of that period. Built in 1879, this is an elegant palace made of Italian marble and sandstone. The palace constructed in Italian Gothic style incurred a total cost of 3.1 million rupees. The 2001 earthquake severely damaged the palace and now it is in a ruined state.
