Ranmal Lake, a natural water body located about 8 km from the town of Jamnagar is a picturesque spot in the State of Gujarat in India. The city of Jamnagar, formerly Nawanagar is well known for its sprawling water bodies. Ranmal Lake is one such water body and also the most important tourist attraction in Jamnagar.
The Ranmal Lake is an ideal location for ornithologists and bird lovers as they can see a variety of migratory birds during the migratory season. It is believed that during the winter season, around 75 species of birds flock to this lake from different parts of the world.
