Kahwa is a traditional tea of Jammu & Kashmir, made in Kashmiri Samovar, a large decorated urn with burning coals underneath. It is a traditional beverage evolved in the valley of Kashmir. Using green tea as the base this hot drink keeps a person warm in the chilling weather of the valley.
