Paddy cultivators, transplanting paddy seedlings
Paddy cultivation is one of the major agricultural activities of Jammu and Kashmir, India. Transplantation of paddy seedlings starts with the onset of summer. As in other rural areas of the country, farmers sing folk songs when they are at work. Video clips taken in 2008.
