Some of the rural spectacles in and around Leh invariably captivate the mind of a visitor. The farmland in the backdrop of a mountain with a field of yellow flowers at the village of Nimmu, located southwest of Leh is one of the many such sights in the rural landscape of Ladakh in India’s northernmost State of Jammu and Kashmir in India.
