It is the view of Hampi from Hemakuta hillock. Hemakuta hillock begins from the southern bank of the Tungabhadra River. Hampi is a World Heritage Site and once the seat of the powerful Vijayanagara Empire in South India. It is located on the banks of River Tungabhadra at Hospet village in Belleri district, Karnataka state.
