Shown in this video is the entrance to the historical town belonging to Tipu Sultan, the great Mysore warrior also known as the Tiger of Mysore through Bangalore Gate. Built of stone, brick and lime mortar, it is now used as the main gate to the town and is also known as Ganjam Gate.

Srirangapatna or Srirangapatnam is located in Mysore in the Indian state of Karnataka. Sriranagapatna Fort, Ranganathaswamy Temple, Daria Daulat Bagh or the Summer Palace, Jamia Masjid, Gumbaz- the tomb of Tipu Sultan - and Colonel Bailey’s Dungeon are the main attractions in the town.
