Sarvangadhara in Ayurveda
This video clip shows Sarvangadhara, one of the Purvakarma (preparatory procedures) treatments in Panchakarma, the rejuvenation and revitalization therapy in Ayurveda. In this treatment method either oil or medicated milk is poured all over the body while massaging.

Ayurveda, the ancient Indian system of medicine is now recognized the world over as an effective alternative medicine with no side effects.
