About 'A song on freedom'

And asks the Mukkutti plant… it is true that yours is the sky, yours is the earth… but does it mean that I cannot dream of blooming myself in the sky? Let me be free to dream.. give me freedom..

These beautiful lines which reflect the urge to dream the infinities is penned by Mr. P. Madhusoodanan, a well-known poet who is famous for his down-to-earth lines for children. The poem is set to music and recited by Mr. V. K. Sasidharan. Mr. Sasidharan, popularly known as VKS, is famous as a singer and musician who is more concerned about the social aspects of art.

This poem is a visual representation of the poem 'Tharumo Swathanthryam?' from the audio CD 'Mukkutti Poovinte Akasam'.
