Varaha Temple - Khajuraho

Varaha Temple is one among the cluster of temples located at Khajuraho, the town known for its temples with erotic sculptures. The Varaha is the boar incarnation of Lord Vishnu. The temple houses a huge idol of the deity placed on a pedestal. The ceiling of the shrine is carved with an exquisite design of a lotus flower.
