Tiger Oscar (Scientific name: Astronotus ocellatus), which belongs to the cichlid family. Also known as Oscar, velvet cichlid or marble cichlid, this species is commonly found in South America, China, Australia and the United States. Though it is sold as a food fish in some local markets, it is highly popular among fish hobbyists in various countries.
