The gate of India at India- Pakistan Border, located on the Grand Trunk Road between Amritsar City in India and Lahore in Pakistan. Also known as Wagah border it is the only road border between India and Pakistan. The evening retreat ceremony at here is famous and daily a lot of visitor will come to watch the ceremony (lowering of the flags). At that time there will be a parade by Border Security Force (B.S.F) in India and Pakistan Rangers by Pakistan soldiers. Wagah is a village in the state and has been divided by 1947 partition.
