The City Palace located at Jaipur in Rajasthan state was built by Jaipur Sawai Jai Singh II - the Kachhwaha ruler of Amber. The palace architecture is a blend of Rajput, Islamic and European elements. The Palace complex consists of different Mahals and each of this structure are adorned with pillars, arches, grills and exquisite inlay works.
