This video features the night view of Vivekananda Rock, situated off the Kanyakumari beach in Tamilnadu state of India. Vivekananda Rock is a memorial built to commemorate Swami Vivekananda, a great saint and philosopher of the 19th century.

It is believed that Swami Vivekananda had meditated on this rock to attain enlightenment. The memorial was built in the year 1976.

The rock is situated at about 500 m away from the shore. Being a popular destination, tourists often visit this place to have a different experience.
