In this video you can see the breed of dogs mostly found in Rajapalayam, Tamilnadu state in India. Rajapalaym, a popular town in south India is famous for the cotton marketing.

The major attraction of this place is the Rajapalayam dogs which are seen in this video. This dog is white in colour with pink nose and golden eyes. It is a hound with good height. The male dog is around 18-20 inches in height and the female, 20-22 inches.

The legs of this breed are very long and as a result it runs very fast. During the Carnatic Wars, Rajapalayam dogs were used to attack the British cavalry.
