Apples at Gangotri

Crisp and juicy apples could be seen in September in and around Gangotri in Uttarakhand, India. At Gangotri the apples could be spotted mostly in the ashram compounds and premises of buildings that offered accommodation to travelers. Medium sized greenish and slight reddish coloured apples hanging in clusters is a delightful and inviting sight.
