Himalayan Blue Poppies, scientifically known as Meconopsis Betonicifolia belongs to the family of flowering plants called Papaveraceae. Blue Poppy plants one of the top flora in the world are noted for their beautiful flowers. These flowers have large delicate petals held in a cup shape.
