Jayadev Kenduli, a village situated in the Birbhum district of West Bengal, India is named so to commemorate Jayadev - a famous poet who composed Gita Govinda. The Jayadev Mela or Kenduli Mela is a largest festival held every year which attracts the mad bauls, a religious sect in the state.
