Featured here are some artifacts installed within the compound of Sriniketan, situated to the west of Shantiniketan near Kolkata (Calcutta), West Bengal state of India. The mural shown here is the work of the renowned artist Nandalal Bose. The nucleus of Sriniketan was a landlord’s house, purchased by Rabindranath Tagore in 1912.
