It is the Indian Museum, founded by Dr. Natheniel Wallich (a Danish Botanist) in 1814 at Kolkata, West Bengal. It is one of oldest museums in the world and was the first museum of its kind in Asia. It is also the largest museum in the country and has rare collections of antiques, armour and ornaments, fossils, skeletons, mummies, and Mughal paintings.
