This video shows the Tenzing rock in Darjeeling, West Bengal state of India. It is a huge natural rock specially arranged for the rock climbers to train on behalf of HMI (the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute).

It is otherwise known as monkey rock and is named after Sherpa Tenzing who climbed the Tenzing rock in the presence of Jawaharlal Nehru without taking any safety measures.

The students from HMI often come to this place for rock climbing training. Tourists visiting this place get thrilled watching the rock climbing of the students of HMI.
