Department is itself an item, says Ram Gopal varma

Filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma believes that his new film "Department" is an item. The look of the film which stars Amitabh Bachchan in the role of a gangster turned politician, is being compared to the 2005 film "Sarkar". RGV says that it is a massive version of "Sarkar". Department also stars Sanjay Dutt and Rana Dagupathi in lead roles.
