Military prowess at Republic Day rehearsal

India displayed the latest and the best of its military hardware at a full dress rehearsal of the Republic Day parade. The weapons, the planes, battle tanks and missiles were displayed at a spectacular show. Although it was only a dress rehearsal, the parade in New Delhi was a near replica of the January 26 parade, projecting India's military prowess as well as its rich and diverse cultural heritage.
