Ingredients

Cut pieces of raw plantain – 4
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Oil

Banana chips - Method of preparation

Heat oil in a pan. Take a bowl and some water. Add turmeric to it, followed by the pieces of raw plantain. Take the plantain pieces out and dry them with the help of a clean cloth. Put the pieces into the pan for deep frying. When it gets half fried, add liquefied salt. Once all the pieces become crispy, remove them from the oil.
