Established by M/s. Ville Amis Resorts & Tourism (P) Limited, Smile Launderers and Dry Cleaners, a fully automated laundry is a private limited company started by a group of Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) at Kochi in Ernakulam, Kerala state.

The company aims to provide better service to the customers. The unit is completely eco-friendly, with a waste water treatment plant meeting pollution control standards. The laundry is equipped with most modern machineries which are the first of their kind. The firm has also established outlets at various places in and around the city of Kochi.
