Elephant Race at Guruvayur

This video has for you the Anayottam or the elephant race held at the Guruvayur Srikrishna Swamy temple at Thirssur in Kerala, India. Anayottam or elephant race marks the beginning of the 10-day annual festival here at the Guruvayur Srikrishna Temple. Gokul, a 19-year-old elephant of the Guruvayur Devaswom Board, won the first place in the elephant race.
