Karimpanakattu or the Festival of the Winds 2012, a week-long festival organized by organised by the District Tourism Promotion Council (DTPC) in Palakkad. The festival in which noted artistes performed various programmes which reflected the art and cultural traditions of the State. Presented here is a flute recital by an artiste.
