Parayeduppu during Machattu Mamangam

Machattu Mamangam is a five-day annual festival held at the Thiruvanikkavu temple dedicated to Goddess Bhagavathy in Vadakkancherry, Thrissur district of Kerala, India.

This festival features a rich pageant, featuring Kuthirakolam or effigies of horses and has priests performing various rituals. One such important ritual is the Parayeduppu, which is shown in this video.
