Theyyam, a ritual art form of Kerala

Theyyam, the spectacular ritual art form, is an awe inspiring one as far as its costumes, presentation and the aura of devotion attached is concerned. There are hardly any such art forms, where the artist himself is conceived as the deity. This ritual art form is popular in Malabar region.
