Church in Munnar

Shown in the video is a church in Munnar, the popular hill station situated in the Idukki district of Kerala. The church is one among the few centres of worship in the hilly region.

A major chunk of the residents of Munnar are labourers working in the tea estates. Tea is cultivated in thousands of hectares of land blanketing the rolling hills in green. Sprawling estates, winding roads and colonial mansions are the hallmarks of Munnar that has become a favourite holiday destination for travelers from around the world.
