All-rounder Ravindra Jadeja for Sri Lanka tour

All-rounder Ravindra Jadeja was rewarded for his consistency in domestic cricket with a call-up to the India squad for the one-day tour of Sri Lanka starting this month. Jadeja, a 20-year-old from Saurashtra, was among the leading performers in the domestic Ranji Trophy season with his accurate left-arm spin and sound batting. Experienced off-spinner Harbhajan Singh was ruled out of the series with a hamstring injury.
