Cherrapunji to Shillong

Cherrapunji, known to be the wettest place on the earth is situated in the northeastern state of Meghalaya in India. It is a magnificent location with year-round rainfall. Located above the foggy valleys and freely flowing rivers, at Cherrapunji the rainfall is recorded in feet rather than in millimeters.
