India celebrates the festival of colours, Holi

The festival of colours, Holi was celebrated with great fervor and enthusiasm in national capital on Wednesday, with revelers spraying colour at each other. Revelers danced to drumbeats as they applied colours on each other and consumed traditional 'thandai', a cold beverage. Meanwhile on Tuesday, in a re-enactment of the fable of Holi festival, priests in Mathura walked through a fireball.
