Samrat, India's largest Advanced Offshore Patrol Vessels

India’s Defence minister A K Antony said that central government has decided to modernize armed forces and the Coast Guards since the nation is surrounded by several unfavorable elements. He was speaking on the occasion of commissioning of India's largest Advanced Offshore Patrol Vessels, ‘Samrat’, indigenously built by Goa Shipyard Limited.
