Procession to a temple, Bharatpur

This video shows the procession to a local devi temple near Bharatpur village in Rajasthan, India. It is a tradition observed by the villagers every year.

Various rituals are performed by the villagers during this time to please the devi or goddess, whom they believe as the one which bestows prosperity on them.

They offer their prayers to the goddess without fail. You can see the traditional dress worn by the villagers, especially women.
