Ingredients

Mutton on the bone – 1/4 kg
Onions – 2
Tomatoes – 2
Curry leaves – 3 sprigs
Red Chilli Powder – 2 teaspoon
Pepper powder – 1 teaspoon
Ginger paste – 25 gm
Garlic paste – 25 gm
Refined Oil – 100 gm
Masala – 1 tsp

Method of Preparation

• Put mutton in a cooker. Add enough water to cover the mutton, ½ teaspoon chilli powder, ¼ teaspoon ginger paste, ¼ teaspoon garlic paste and salt to taste. Cook till the mutton is soft.

• Pour oil in frying pan. Add chopped onion, curry leaves, sliced tomatoes, ¼ tea spoon ginger paste, ¼ teaspoon garlic paste. ½ teaspoon chilli powder, 1/4 teaspoon pepper powder, ½ teaspoon masala powder and sauté well.

• Add mutton and salt to taste. Stir well for 5 minutes. Remove from fire. Mutton Roast is ready
