Thiruvidaikode Shiva Temple, Kanyakumari

Located near Villukuri in Kanyakumari district, Tamilnadu state of India is the Thiruvidaikode temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. The temple is believed to be the resting place of Idaykkar — one of the 12 Shaiva saints. The temple is very well associated with Shivarathri, a Hindu festival celebrated every year in reverence of Lord Shiva.
