Odissi is a very old form of classical dance said to have originated in Orissa state in India. It is a dance which was performed in the temples years ago. The current form of this dance is a product of 20th century after a series of research works by dance enthusiasts.

This video features Abhinaya, a piece from Odissi dance which depicts different episodes of Krishna Leela (Krishna’s adorable mischief) by Sujata Mohapatra, a renowned Odissi dancer.
